In the first half of 2022, the Label’Vie Group achieved a consolidated turnover of 6.20 billion dirhams, an increase of 16% compared to the 1st half of 2021.
Moreover, at 1er semester 2022, the gross operating surplus shows a growth of 20% compared to the same period of 2021 and stands at 505 MDH. The Group’s consolidated net income, meanwhile, reached 224 million dirhams as of June 30, 2022, an increase of 37% compared to the same period of 2021.
This change is explained first of all by the good performance recorded by stores on a like-for-like basis (+9%) and by the opening of new stores in 2021 and early 2022. In this first half, the Group has thus extended its network of points of sale with six new openings 5 supermarkets and a new “Hypercash” store in the city of Casablanca.
In addition, the LabelVie Group, as a Moroccan citizen group, is committed to global economic challenges with the aim of preserving the purchasing power of its customers. The Group has therefore implemented a commercial strategy to mitigate the effect of inflation on its customers.
Development and prospects
Beyond its ongoing social and economic commitment, the LabelVie Group plans, for the second half of 2022, to strengthen its strategic position as a Multiformat player and to continue its development program with the opening of twelve new points of sale. .
